If you are tired of the same-old, same-old, fluffy-puffy, shallow treatment of heaven, Dr. Jerry Walls is an angelic messanger for you. However, this work is highly philosophical and technical. And, no, you might not agree with all of his conclusions. For example, he argues very well for the need of some type of purgatory in any Christian system that takes seriously the Scriptural notion: "without holiness no one will see the Lord." Walls is well worth the reading investment.
